Fine, I admit it, I'm a TV junkie. To be more accurate, I'm a tivo junkie. I live, live, live for tivo and when it broke, I cried for days. So, when Yoplait and Parent Bloggers Network asked what I couldn't live without, the answer was easy, tivo.
Look, it's not just for me. It's not just so I can watch the shows I want to watch after Michael goes to bed, and I watch some really bad TV. It's also for Michael. Michael has no idea, and will probably never know, that TV has a schedule. When he asks for Blue's Clues, I give him Blue's Clues. The problem is he has started to ask for shows I don't tivo and I'm not sure what to do about that. Shows I've never heard of. I suspect his little friends at school are talking about them? Otherwise I have no idea.
If tivo was a person I may leave my husband for it. It's definitely my second favorite thing in the world behind my iphone.

We get lost of kid shows through On Demand. You know, to supplement the 40 hours we have Tivo'd/
We don't have Tivo, but we have a DVR, so same thing...
If it wasn't for our DVR and a recorded episode of Caillou keeping my daughter busy for 22 minutes, my little William would never have been born! LOL!
I like our DVR... but I truly miss our TiVo.
What does Michael think about Imagination Movers? Have you watched it yet?
Hi!
I love your blog!
Ah TiVo, how I long for the days of easy browsing, single button commercial skipping, and that cute little TV logo dude.
But noooooo, my husband had to switch us to Satelite (so he could watch The Tour de France--what a tool) and then switched us back to cable which only has dumb old generic DVR.
It SUUUUUUCCCCCKKKKS! We curse it on a regular basis.
But on the up side. Your love for TV has lead to a brilliant blogging career.
TiVo is my boyfriend. Always knows what I want. Lets me control the clicker. And, is great in bed.
