Oh Right, The Dinosaur

My lovely friend Mary emailed me yesterday and said, "hey, what happened with the dinosaur" and I was like, oh yeah, right. Maybe after I bitch, and bitch, about something I should close the loop. Maybe finish stories on this blog for once.

So, yes, we got the dinosaur, more than a week after it was promised and hey, after a week, it still works. Hooray for a $200 toy! (And before ONE MORE PERSON emails me about buying a $200 toy I did not buy it. My parents did. Toys like that are made for grandparents.) Except Fisher Price has done nothing to correct the problem. Still waiting for a credit, or two credits, as was promised. And, even though I told them to take their $50 voucher and shove it, I was still a little surprised they didn't send something. A free toy, anything.

My new hatred is Sirius satellite radio. Which I have been trying to cancel for a week and who just can't seem to get around to canceling the service and issuing a credit. But has a lot of time to send me emails to come back. Like one every hour.

I am totally adding a new random ranting about customer service category when I move to the new blog. Because why is customer service so awful?
